11 metre charter boat licensed for 12 anglers. A comfortable boat with ample deck space and seating. Forward wheelhouse with a large overhang to provide shelter from spray and rain. The vessel has a MCA Category 2 certificate and is licensed to travel 60 miles from a safe haven. All safety equipment is carried onboard as part of this licence.
Gwen-Paul-M was built by BWSeacat, a catamaran design renouned for its sea keeping and stability. The vessel cruises at 16-17 knots with a flat out speed of 22 knots, which enables more time for fishing rather than travelling during your trip.
The wheelhouse has an impressive array of electronics; Olex 3D mapping, Simrad GPS, echo sounder and radar. A repeater screen located in a back wheelhouse window allows the angler to see the GPS and echo sounder from the deck.
A compact galley area includes a kettle, microwave and sink. Tea is provided through the day and the microwave can be used if anyone requires food heated up.
A toilet cubicle is located behind the wheelhouse.
Two side doors allow easy wheelchair access from the pontoon and a large uncluttered deck area enables wheelchair users to move around the deck easily.
A livebait tank is situated behind the wheelhouse and, as long as they are available, sandeels can be ordered for your trip. Sandeels and mackerel caught on the day can also be kept alive in the tank.

All trips start from Beacon's Jetty at Conwy Morfa. On arrival you will see two car parks. Beacon's Jetty is beyond the right hand car park towards the Conwy River. You should park in the left hand car park. The following link shows Beacon's Way which leads to Beacon's jetty.
